Project Goal: to develop an outdoor resort with two spas, pool, outdoor kitchen and putting green.  A large, extended family with varying wants and needs added to the challenge of creating a site with numerous features to accommodate everyone’s wishes.

In the rear yard, a large bluestone terrace was designed with a four season spa and outdoor kitchen for year round entertaining.

The pool area, fenced separately for children’s safety, included another spa and large sun shelf for lounging and watching young children in the pool from an elevated vantage point.

Strategically located landscape lighting and fountain jets around the sun shelf create an enchanting display for evening entertaining.
